Thats awesome! As i got older(2nd or 3rd grade) I would have to say I became self taught as well since I went through many books plus I have a reading style that not very many people back then were into.

I think I was as well but with a little help from the start obviously. From a compulsory thing at school I wanted to read other books and finally found that I LOVED reading...my family still fail to understand what I get out of reading! :)

I'm guessing I was probably taught in school but my reading addiction was self-taught :)
